Imiquad (Imiquimod) 5% Cream is a prescription topical immune response modifier used to treat external genital and anal warts, actinic keratosis (precancerous sun-damaged skin), and certain types of superficial basal cell carcinoma (a common skin cancer). It stimulates the immune system to destroy abnormal cells. Key Uses and Indications:

• Genital and Anal Warts (Condylomata Acuminata): Treats external warts on the genital or anal area in adults.
• Actinic Keratosis (AK): Treats rough, scaly, precancerous patches on the face or scalp caused by long-term sun exposure.
• Superficial Basal Cell Carcinoma (sBCC): Used for a specific type of skin cancer, particularly when surgery is not suitable.
